Since launching Transition Force 18 months ago, we’ve helped hundreds of Service Leavers and Veterans find and connect with mentors and ‘Buddies’ from our partner organisations. The next stage of our journey is about empowering Service Leavers and Veterans to develop their networks with employers and get access to job opportunities that are otherwise ‘hidden.’
