Sheffield Mind have a MoD funded service for family members. They work throughout South Yorkshire to provide emotional and practical support to families over the age of 18.
They offer a free one to one counselling service. It is available to anyone who has a relative currently serving in the armed forces or a relative who is a reservist.
They also have a monthly support group for currently serving, reservist and veteran family members to provide peer support and talk to people who understand what you are going through.
