Bridgegate public realm scheme complete

In case you’re not already aware, Bridgegate has had a major transformation with new paving, lighting and landscaping.

The completed works offer fantastic views of the picturesque Minster and allow space for future events.

It’s also a step on the path towards improving the towns open spaces as part of the Masterplan. Speaking of which, works are now well underway on College Street.

Go Wild with Grimm & Co and Beat the Street!

Step into a world of magic on Saturday 15 May and go wild with Grimm & Co. and Beat the Street! There will be enchanting activities to take part in from 10am to 2pm at their new premises on Ship Hill, and the forgotten library trailer will be out front where children can choose a free book.

Riverside Car Park closure

Please note that Riverside Car Park at the rear of Corporation Street is now closed for approximately 10 weeks due to the demolition of Riverside Precinct, as part of the Forge Island enabling works.
