MCVC were out in force come rain or shine over the weekend supporting RBLI at the Great Tommy
sleepout. In a field next to a campfire behind the Waverley pub 10 members of MCVC spent two
whole nights in tents and bashers. They all raised money in different ways for the RBLI. Sharing wet
and cold nights together with stories and camaraderie. The commitment shown by everyone should
be commended and only shows how much the MCVC team is willing to support other charities. A
massive shoutout to Craig W, Lawrence, Craig A, Jay, Emma, Stewart, Lee, John, Keith and Christine.
All sharing the experience and having a brilliant laugh. The group had such great fun they are already
planning next years where hopefully can raise even more money for the Charity. A massive thankyou
to the staff at the Waverley for their hospitality.
