We have been made aware that Knowhow in Sheffield are recruiting for full time permanent staff to work in their inbound contact centre. They have vacancies in their customer service, white goods and the technical department.
The rate of pay is £7.85 per hour and some of the benefits include store discounts and up to 10% bonus. They also have a clear pathway for possible pay increases.
They aim to do rotas 12 weeks in advance and are currently working on 1 in 2 weekends.
