This week saw the start of four weekly craft sessions at our weekly coffee morning held at Silverwood Miners Club, in making speciality cards, this week theme was Poppies. These session are a follow on from last years session which were funded by RUCST ( Rotherham United Community Support Trust ) .
The project was funded from a bring and buy sale organised by Sally Moffett which paid for the materials, with volunteers Sallyanne Kenny and Jan Smith running the sessions. Below are a few pictures of the ladies that took part and the cards that were made …. a great effort to say that some had never done anything like it before.
