THE MAYOR AND CONSORT OF ROTHERHAM TO VISIT THE MCVC ‘DROP IN’ – FRIDAY 28TH JULY 2017

Are you a serving or ex service member of the armed forces? Are you a dependent of someone that is serving or has served in the armed forces? Do you work for an organisation that supports or has links with the armed forces?

If the answer is yes to any of the above and you have a couple of hours to spare on Friday morning then why not come along and meet with like-minded colleagues in a relaxed setting at the MCVC ‘Drop In’ Centre in Rotherham, with free tea, coffee and biscuits?

Don’t wait to be invited, just turn up where a warm welcome is guaranteed.

You can find us this coming Friday ‘28th July 2017’ at ‘Silverwood Miners Club, Doncaster Road, Rotherham S65 3ET (10am – midday) where this week we have great pleasure in welcoming The Mayor of Rotherham (Councillor Eve Rose Keenan) and her Consort (Mr Pat Keenan), joining us to meet and speak with our veterans, their partners and colleagues.  Also on hand, we hope to have in attendance a selection of the many support agencies and organisations (local and national) providing guidance and information for those that need it.

So come join us and meet our special guests in what is sure to be another interesting and enjoyable Friday morning ‘Drop In’.  Access to the club is via the car park to the rear of the club where there is plenty of free parking, and for those travelling by bus the bus stop is right outside the club. Anyone from the military community (serving, ex service, dependents) and supporting agencies are more than welcome to attend. Banter, sandbags, bollards, refreshments and a good time available, on tap.
