Rotherham MCVC will be holding the AGM on 9 March 2018. The meeting will commence at 1030 at Silverwood Miners Welfare. This is a great opportunity to hear what has been going on in the last twelve months, and hear plans of what we can expect in the coming year. The new board of trustees will be available to meet and we will have a detailed report on the state of our finances and what we propose to do with our money over the next year.
If anyone has any questions about the MCVC this is a great opportunity to have your say. For those who are able to ask questions in advance it would enable the executive to provide the detailed answers which these events require. It must be appreciated that whilst questions at the meeting are most welcome the detailed answers may not be immediately available.
The board of trustees and the executive committee very much look forward to seeing as many veterans, and their families as is possible.
