The first of hopefully many coffee mornings takes place at Ashworth Barracks on Wednesday 11th November 2015 (10am to midday). This joint venture between the Royal British Legion and Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council sees the provision of a social facility where members of the armed forces community can come together (initially on a bi-monthly basis), to enjoy free tea, coffee and cake and have a chin wag. Andy Wallace and a Veterans Champion from Doncaster MBC will be on hand to provide advice, information and support if required. So if you are in the area and looking for somewhere just to relax, chill and have a natter with like minded people, with free refreshments, or you are in need of some friendly advice, guidance or support, pop in and see us, you will be made most welcome.
