MCVC Welcomes Guests to it’s Weekly ‘Drop In’ at Silverwood Miners Club

Are you at a loose end this coming Friday morning? Are you a serving or ex service member of the armed forces?  Are you a dependent of someone that is serving or has served in the armed forces?  Do you work for an organisation that supports or has links with the armed forces?

If the answer is yes to any of the above then why not come along and meet with like-minded colleagues in a relaxed setting at the MCVC  ‘Drop In’ Centre in Rotherham, with free tea, coffee and biscuits?

You can find us on Friday 2nd December 2016 at Silverwood Miners Welfare Club, Doncaster Road, Rotherham S65 3ET (10am – midday), where this week we have much pleasure in welcoming Mr Paul Hoyland and Ms Sharon Lee, both of whom will be presenting cheques to the MCVC for monies raised through sponsored walks and a parachute jump, all in aid of the MCVC.  It also gives us great pleasure to welcome back young people from the Prince’s Trust who this week will be delivering a presentation about their most recent project.  With the Rotherham Advertiser in attendance to capture it on film the stage is set for an event filled morning to be enjoyed by all attending.

Anyone from the military community (serving, ex service, dependents) and supporting agencies are more than welcome to attend.  Banter, sandbags, bollards, refreshments and a good time guaranteed.
