Simply the only showground Armed Forces Day in our region. The day starts with a Military Parade through our town with marching bands and military vehicles followed by an arena tattoo style show with public displays, marching bands and re-enactments. The show ground is host to veteran organisations, trade stalls and food and drink. There will be an evening 1940’s themed live entertainment show, bar and big eats.
Ample car parking with easy access to the M1, M62 nestled in the foot hills of the peak district near Sheffield, Manchester, Barnsley Huddersfield and Leeds.
